Chiranjeevi to campaign for Karnataka Assembly Elections this month end

According to sources, the Congress leadership wants to utilise the services of it chief ministers for election campaign in Karnataka.<br /> As per this plan, Kiran Reddy and chief ministers of Maharashtra and Kerala have been reportedly asked by the AICC top brass to campaign in areas in Karnataka where Telugu, Marathi and Malayalam speaking people live in large numbers. According to Rajya Sabha member and AICC point man for Karnataka, V Hanumantha Rao, Kiran Reddy might undertake canvassing in areas which share border with Andhra Pradesh in the first week of May.<br /> Similarly, Chiranjeevi is also expected to undertake poll campaign in Karnataka on April 28 and 29. <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"> <img align="left" alt="Chiranjeevi rajyasabha member" src="http://www.chiranjeeviblog.com/albums/Galleries/Politics/Chiranjeevi_Congress_Leader/5.jpg" width="310" />చిత్తూరు: తాను ఎక్కడకూ వెళ్లడం లేదని, మీతోనే ఉంటానని తిరుపతి మాజీ శాసనసభ్యుడు, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు చిరంజీవి సోమవారం అన్నారు. తిరుపతిలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి ప్రారంభించిన ఓ అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమంలో చిరంజీవి పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడారు. తాను ఎక్కడకు వెళ్లడం లేదని అందరి అభిమానుల హృదయాల్లో ఉన్నానని అన్నారు.<br /> తిరుపతి అభివృద్ధిపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారిస్తానని చిరంజీవి చెప్పారు. మొదట సరైన సహకారం లేక తిరుపతిని సరిగా అభివృద్ధి చేయలేక పోయానని చెప్పారు. కానీ రెండేళ్లుగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి సహకారంతో అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు భారీగా చేపట్టానని అన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి తాను ఏ సమస్యను ఆయన దృష్టికి తీసుకు వెళ్లినా వెంటనే స్పందించారన్నారు. అభివృద్ధిపై దృష్టి పెట్టిన అలాంటి కిరణ్‌కు మీ అభినందనలు, ఆశీస్సులు ఉండాలన్నారు.<br /> తాను వేరే జిల్లాలో పుట్టినప్పటికీ రాజకీయ జన్మనిచ్చింది మాత్రం తిరుపతియే అన్నారు. తిరుపతి అభివృద్ధికి పాటుపడ్డా, ఇక కూడా పాటుపడతానని చెప్పారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఇక్కడ ఎన్నో పథకాలు ప్రారంభించారని అన్నారు. ప్రజా సంక్షేమం కోసం రూపాయికి కిలో బియ్యం తదితరాలు ప్రవేశ పెట్టారన్నారు. తిరుపతి అంటే ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్‌కు ముఖద్వారం వంటిది అన్నారు.<br /> ప్రపంచం, దేశంలోని ఎందరో హిందువులకు తిరుపతి పవిత్ర క్షేత్రం అన్నారు. అలాంటి వారు పర్యటించే ఈ తిరుపతి సమస్యల రహితంగా ఉండాలన్నారు. అందుకోసం కృషి చేస్తామని అన్నారు. తిరుపతి ఆసుపత్రిలో మెరుగైన సేవలు అందిస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఈ నియోజకవర్గంలోని ప్రతి సమస్యను పరిష్కరించే విధంగా కృషి చేస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో చిరంజీవితో పాటు సిఎం కిరణ్, మంత్రి గల్లా అరుణ కుమారి పాల్గొన్నారు.<br /> కాగా తిరుపతిపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి వరాల జల్లు కురిపించారు. షాదీఖానా కోసం రూ.40 లక్షలు ప్రకటించారు. మొత్తం రూ.80 కోట్ల అభివృద్ధి పనులు ఆయన ప్రారంభించారు. స్వయం సహాయక గ్రూపులకు రూ.185 కోట్లు పంపిణీ చశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా కిరణ్ మాట్లాడుతూ చిరంజీవి రాజ్యసభకు వెళ్లిన తిరుపతికి సేవలందిస్తారని చెప్పారు.</div>
